Processing Time
At Hyalurea, we aim to process and ship all orders within 3 business days of purchase. Orders are handled Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We use standard 3–5 business day shipping for all orders within the continental United States. Delivery times may vary based on destination and selected shipping method at checkout.

Shipping Restrictions
Currently, we ship only within the continental United States. We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes, APO, or FPO addresses at this time.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment on the carrier’s website.
Delayed or Lost Shipments
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to carrier or weather-related issues. If your order appears delayed or lost, please contact our customer service team at shop@hyalurea.com, and we’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
Returns and Exchanges
For safety and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns of supplement products. Subjected to cases, we will provide refund.
60-Day Visible Results Guarantee
We want you to feel confident in your Hyalurea purchase. If, after taking the product consistently for 60 days, you do not experience any visible improvement in your skin’s hydration, smoothness, or elasticity, you may request a refund under our guarantee.
Because supplements work from within and require consistency, this guarantee applies under the following simple conditions:

You have used the product daily for at least 60 days as directed (one pack per day).

You request your refund within 60–75 days of your purchase date.

You provide proof of purchase and proof of consistent use (photo of packs + brief explanation of your experience).
If these conditions are met, we will issue a refund for one order, excluding shipping costs. Refunds are processed back to your original payment method.
